Help needed

How do I put a photo into my profile so that it shows when post. It asks for a url but I don't know how to do that!!

Tiffany said...: Hey... you need to post the pictures on an online site (like Yahoo picture album) or use a program like Picasa.com or Hello.com to load your images and then just link to the URL. You can always right-click on a photo, Select properties, and just copy the file location as well.
